Return Process

1.     Send an email to info@heavenajesus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2.     You will receive instructions and a shipping label if the return is approved.

3.     Securely pack the product and ship it to the address indicated.

4.     Once received and verified, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to your preference.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the product.

They will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
